We believe what we see with our own eyes or what our friends have seen with theirs (whether this is foolish or not in a post-Photoshop age is another blog post for another time). I saw two videos for a survival product recently. The first had the product on a table with a talkinghead.

The second video showed the product helping someone actually survive. You already know the most effective approach (seeing the product actually help someone survive).?

Trust is the other benefit of seeing the product in action, seeing it work. We (potential buyers) will still read the reviews since presentation by the seller stresses the unvarnished GOOD, but our trust meter goes up when we see a company willing to share every aspect of their product (warts and all if there are any) via reviews or testimonials.

Question by FullofQs: Detox Diet?
My co-workers are going on a detox diet where they are eating only fruits and veggies for three days?then regular dieting for two, so on and so forth. No meat at all and drinking water/pure veggie or fruit juice.
Is this safe?? I?m thinking about going on it with them cause I certainly could lose some weight?I?m just not sure how I feel about shocking my body like that! Please let me know your opinions/experiences with detox diet or any diet that may have worked for you! Thanks!

Yes it is safe for that length of time. However, i would not consider cutting protein out for long periods of time. It is true that red meat is not good for you, but eating healthy proteins like egg whites, chicken, turkey, soy, and nuts is a good way to give your body what it needs.
