Excited to have closed on this Loomis short sale earlier this week!? 5529 Myrtle Drive was a short sale with Bank of America.? It?s a very cute house and the sellers got tons of offers?.TONS!? I?m happy it went to a great, first-time home buyer who got it for a nice price, $171,500!
Bank of America is one of my favorite short sale lenders because I get their short sales approved 95% of the time.? I?ve listed and sold well over 100 short sale and REOs for BofA.? As the largest lender they are constantly evolving their short sale process.? What was true last week, isn?t necessarily true this week.? Bank of America keeps me on my toes!
