MERRICK, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) ? Nassau County cops said no charges have been filed after they were called to the family home of Lindsay Lohan Wednesday on a report of argument between the starlet and her mother.
Police said they received a 911 call just after 8 a.m. about a domestic situation at the Merrick home of Lohan?s mother Dina, 1010 WINS? Mona Rivera reported.
Mom and daughter were having some sort of verbal argument,?but it was?not physical, police said. After a brief investigation, police said there was no criminality suspected and no charges were filed.

Last month, Lohan was arrested near the Dream Hotel in Chelsea for allegedly clipping a pedestrian with her car. She was?given a desk appearance ticket. Her court date is set for Oct. 23.
She is still on informal probation for stealing a necklace from a jewelry store last year.
